Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Tiny Teeth Books! If you're not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange on products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your item from another store or retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy. To get started, contact care@tinyteethbooks.com.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unopened and unused products. If you'd like to exchange your product, please start an exchange by contacting care@tinyteethbooks.com.

Cancellation Of Order

You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. To cancel, simply log in to your account using a secure one-time code (no password needed!). After the 15-minute window, your order may already be processing or on its way—but we’ll always do our best to help. Reach out to us at care@tinyteethbooks.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@tinyteethbooks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
